Account Deletion Request Instructions

If you wish to delete your dear account and all associated data, please follow the steps outlined below. Please note that by submitting this account deletion request, you acknowledge that all data linked to your account will be permanently deleted. 

Please be aware that account deletion is irreversible.

Submission Process

Send an email to support@thedearapp.com with the following requirements:

• The email subject line must be "Account Deletion Request". 

• In the body of the email include the following:

  • The email address associated with the account you want to delete.

  • The reason for wanting to delete your account.

  • Copy and paste the following acknowledgment: "By submitting this account deletion request, I understand that all data associated with my account will also be deleted. I understand this action is irreversible".
